2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about StitchBase, custom apparel manufacturing capabilities, product references, processes, and ways to request information or pricing. Website content is informational and may be updated without notice.

Product images, colours, materials, features, packaging, timelines, minimum quantities, and other examples are illustrative unless expressly confirmed in a written project document.

3. Inquiries, quotes, and manufacturing orders

Submitting a form does not create an order, require StitchBase to accept a project, reserve production capacity, or guarantee a reply by a particular time. A website estimate, discussion, or quote is not final unless its scope, validity period, currency, inclusions, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.

Any manufacturing order is subject to separately agreed specifications and commercial terms, which may include samples and approvals, pricing, minimum quantities, tolerances, payment, lead times, packaging, shipping terms, duties, revisions, inspection, and remedies. If those project documents conflict with these website terms, the signed or otherwise accepted project documents control for that order.

4. Your submissions and responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, project, quantity, destination, timeline, and specification information.
• Submit only files and content you are authorised to use and share with us for evaluating or fulfilling your request.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, misleading, infringing, confidential third-party, or technically harmful material.
• Review and approve samples, specifications, artwork, dimensions, colours, labels, packaging, and other production details under the applicable project terms.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by StitchBase or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation but may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, or exploit site content without permission.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant StitchBase and the service providers involved in handling your request a limited permission to receive, copy, review, transmit, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, discuss, or perform the requested services. You confirm that this use will not violate another party's rights.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the site, probe or bypass its security, introduce malicious code, or overload its infrastructure.

Any liability connected specifically to a manufacturing order will be governed by the applicable project agreement or accepted commercial terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or an agreed dispute process in separate project terms, disputes relating only to the website will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their posted date.
